Last night, the Maliotis Cultural Center premiered Christmas at the Castle, a full length musical work composed by the acclaimed artists Kyriakos Kalaitzidis and Vasiliki Nevrokopli, based on the novel Στο Χριστό Στο Κάστρο by the beloved Modern Greek author, Alexandros Papadiamantis (1851-1911).

Christmas at the Castle was performed by Psaltikon, directed by Dr. Spyridon Antonopoulos, with an ensemble of acclaimed world musicians, including Nassem Alatrash (cello), Phaedon Sinis (lyra), Didem Başar (kanun), and George Lernis (percussion).
