More than two hundred students of Greek origin, from the universities in Boston and Rhode Island defied the rainy autumn weather and gathered at Maliotis Cultural Center to celebrate the second annual Hellenic Young Adult Glendi.

Guests were welcomed with decorations paying homage to the Greek culture we all know and love. Greek flags, dancing, the scrumptious food, light drinks, and Greek sweets as well the art of roasting lamb on a spit were on display. 

 Under the sounds of modern and traditional Greek music by our guest DJ, guests danced with kefi, enjoyed the parea, and made new friends. 

We loved hosting the return of this beloved new annual event and can’t wait to do it again soon. Thank you to all who made this event the success that it was. We hope you’ll come see us again soon. We’ll see you in 2023 for the third annual Glendi!
